Your ISP may be blocking port 25 to send email through you own domain. You can try changing the smtp port for your domain email account to 26 and see if that solves the problem. If it doesn't then Randy's suggestion of using your ISP's outgoing mail server will have to be used.

Once you receive your welcome email you can start accessing the web space. It will take up 72 hours for the new domain to propogate once you change the nameservers to point to TCH's name servers.

Ok, I couldn't get that script to work and I decided why not rewrite it and make it simple. So here is what I have written and it does work. Copy and paste the above script into a blank file and name it fdownload.php. You only need to place the path to your files in the $filedir variable with a trailing "/". CRO8, I don't think that you need to add what I said above. That is an actual error in the script that it is reporting. I am trying to figure out why but it eludes me at the moment. If I get time I will look at it today. Anyone else have any ideas, please reply.

Welcome to the family, SSTwinrova! When you create the subdomain in cPanel you are not redirecting it to a folder are you? If you are that would be the reason it's changiing. All you need to do is create the subdomain "folder" and that's it. You will have a folder.****** subdomain. Do not redirect the subdomain to a folder. If the folder does not exist it will be created for you. If it does, you should be good to go. If you are still having problems, open a help desk ticket (link above) to support and they can check it out for you.

Thomas, in Firefox select Tools from the menu at the top and then select Extensions. Is the Web Developer extension installed? If so highlight and uninstall it. Then try installing it again. If it's not in the list it didn't install.
