TCH Domain registration link. Having the domain first makes things a bit easier since when you purchase hosting it asks for the domain name you are going to host. You could enter the domain name that you want to use but if it's taken you will have to issue a support ticket to have it changed to the actual domain name you purchase.

It may have existed at one time but that would be a great way to spam. So it is not available.

Squirrelmail is part of the cPanel. If you would like to install your own instance of Squirrelmail another user wrote a tutorial and it cna be found here. Moving for organization.

They are separate transactions. Did you use the domain name you purchased when you did your hosting purchase? If so, all is well and you should receive your welcome email shortly.

I only use the File Manager in cPanel when absolutly necessary. Otherwise I use an FTP client. My choice CuteFTP.

Welcome to the forums and the family. The only way you can delete multiple files without shell access is to use an FTP client.

I've never seen a popup but I have it open and sounds on.

You would have to open a support ticket with the help desk and explain what you wanted to link. They would be the only ones that could create a symbolic link.
