  1. Welcome to the forums, kisler. What is this Awstats Acess Install? Awstats is already configured on the TCH servers. Need more info...
  2. What I meant was future versions should support the function.
  3. That could happen but I wouldn't worry too much about it.

  5. Welcome to the forums, Raptus. Glad you are finding useful information here.
  6. I'm not sure I understand your question. If you want a valid email address it has to have a valid MX entry.
  7. I searched the forums and came across this discussion. http://www.totalchoicehosting.com/forums/i...showtopic=13717 You may need to open a help desk ticket (link above) to support.
  8. Hi spoon and welcome to the forums. Please open a help desk ticket (link at top of page) and give them the same detailed information you just posted here and I'm sure they can help get it sorted out.

  16. Welcome to the forums Bob! I use Thunderbird for my email and don't use the security certificate feature and it works. You say you changed a bunch of settings. If you open the account server settings you should be using mail.****** for the incoming POP3 server and outgoing SMTP server. Incoming on port 110 and SMTP on port 25. But if your ISP is preventing you from sending email which is becoming more the case you can try changing the SMTP port from 25 to 26. You also have to make sure that you authenticate to send email. Select the Outgoing Server (SMTP) in the account settings list. Make sure the checkbox for name and password is checked and enter your email address in the name field. If you have more than one outgoing server make sure you edit the one for your mail domain. You may have to select the Advanced button to see it. This is also the place you will change the port number to 26. And set the use secure connection to NO. Hope that helps.
  17. Glad you got it working!
  18. Moving for organization
  19. Glad that will work for you.
  20. It supposedly checks every domain to see if it has an MX record in the DNS. It also checks to see if the email address is formatted correctly.
