Welcome to the forums, TMA! As Thomas states, the program scripts included with cPanel are under their control.

Webmail will allow you to read your email using either Horde, Neo or SquirrelMail. The "Default Address" function allows you to tell the email system how to handle email sent to your domain with an invalid address.

If you did not create and are not using it I would think it is safe to delete. I doubt that anyone at TCH would have created a database in your account unless you were having problems and they were testing your account. You could open a support ticket and have them check your account.

Haven't had the problem with Thunderbird but have had to kill the Firefox process a couple of times to get it to start.

Can you forward from TCH to any of your other accounts? If so, I would contact Cingular and see why they aren't accepting mail from TCH.

Maybe Cingular is blocking forwarded email since that is an easy way to spam.
