  5. Welcome to the forums, Jon You will need to open a help desk ticket (link above) to support to get this answered. The mods don't have access to the servers and the techs don't frequent the forums 24/7.
  6. If it's a huge dating site it's probalby something they wrote themselves.
  7. I know I am late to this party but I've used Poll It (free) and it was pretty simple to set up.
  8. Glad I could help. I never pop this account unless it actually gets a good email in it. I use a program called Poptray that I scan this box with. It downloads headers only (you can download the body as well if you want) and you can delete the messages right from there. Save bandwidth.
  9. That is correct. I've never used the spambox. I've always set it up this way and I also don't rewrite the headers.
  10. It's very simple. Go into cPanel and create a new email account. Now from the cPanel main page select Email Filters. Add a filter: In the first box select SpamAssassin Spam Header In the next box select begins with In the third box enter Yes Where it says Discard enter the email address you created Now all your Spam Assassin email will go to the new account.
  11. That explains it then. I have Office 2000.
  12. Looks to be standard on Windows XP
  13. You should be able to add it directly in the .htaccess file >Redirect oldpage.html https://your-tch-site.com/newpage.html or Redirect oldpage.html https://serverXX.totalcoicehosting.com/~cpanelname/newpage.html
  14. Welcome to the Family mcowger
  15. Since the server you are on is running Linux it is pretty much safe from becoming infected with a virus. Not that it can't store files that contain a virus but the server itself is pretty safe. If you are putting content on your site to be downloaded by others be sure to check it for viruses before uploading it.
  16. Your ISP is running your email through a virus filter before passing it on to your email client. With your account here the servers do no virus filtering so it is up to you to run virus protection software on your own machine (keeping it up to date) that will scan the mail when being downloaded. TotalChoice Hosting prohibits the sending and receiving of certain file extensions in an effort to minimize viruses getting through but there is no scanning of the emails for viruses. You can see a list of the extensions being blocked by clicking here.
  17. osCommerce that is included in cPanel is updated by cPanel and not TotalChoice Hosting. In fact, the problem isn't with cPanel either because if you read futher down in that post the poster downloaded a new copy of osCommerce and the link is still wrong. This would be up to osCommerce to fix and cPanel to update.
  18. crash
  19. Dave, your includes should not contain a section either except the header. HTML should only have one set of tags in it.
  20. Wayne, there is no need to double post. I have merged the two topics. From the forum guidelines.
  21. Do you have your own SSL cert? If not I don't think you will be able to suppress the warning.
  22. Beth, glad they were able to help you out.
  23. (of) steel

  25. Welcome to the family and forums krovvy osCommerce should be under AddOn Scripts in your cpanel. If it's not there please open a ticket with the Help Desk (link above) and they will get it on there for you.
