  7. Welcome to the forums Jasmon Try: >/usr/bin/php -q /home/klei0404/fullbackup.php This is assuming that the fullbackup.php file resides above your public_html folder. Otherwise enter the full path to the script. Edit: changed path to php

  12. Under normal circumstances .htaccess is set to 644 permissions meaning on you can modify it. So if you did not change the defauilt settings of the file Wordpress did not write to it.
  13. A "reserve" email address is just like any other address and an account must be created for it to collect mail. Yes, you will have to check the account. Then create a forward for you legit@ to go to this account you create. The forward address does not need to be set up as an account and shouldn't.
  14. lunch (that's what time it is!)
  15. The only time Wordpress will write to your .htaccess file is if you change the permissions to 777 and add perma links. Other than that WP does not touch or create a .htaccess file.
  16. If it happens again, go to this page and live chat with one of the techs as it's happening.
  17. Welcome to the forums OwlBoy I can access the link you provided with no errors.
  18. Hi Paulo, I would open a support ticket with the help desk.
  19. I've moved all my domains to :fail: personal and company.
  20. What led to that conclusion if I may ask? I have never installed WP and had it touch my .htaccess file. And I've installed it several times on several servers.
  21. I believe Thomas answered this and I've merged the new post with this one.
  22. I only suggested you try without an attachment to see if that was the problem.
  23. Thomas is correct you have to create an email account and the password you assign is the one you will use. If you are still having problems sending mail you need to do this. 1-check the authentication before sending. 2-enter your email address as the logon. 3-enter your password If it's still not sending your ISP may be blocking port 25. Change the SMTP port to 26 and it should send.
  24. You're welcome and welcome the the forums.
  25. Have you tried without an attachment?
