Yes you get unlimited email accounts that you set up. As for which plan to purchase, from what you are describing the basic or starter plans would be sufficient. You can always upgrade if you need more. Only takes a trip to the help desk. To hide your email address from spammers don't put it on your web pages. You should create a contact form which uses a script to send you email as they submit it. This way the email address is hidden from view.

Well, I have never used the gallery program but I assume that your albums are in a sub folder on your site. You can password protect the folder requiring that a login to be required. You do this through cPanel. Select Web Protect and select the folder. Add a user name and password.

When you purchase your hosting package you will receive an welcome email with the DNS information you need to change to make it work. You will need to login to your domain registrar and change the DNS servers to point to the ones given in the email. You will also be given an IP number method to access your new TCH site until your domain name propogates.

This would strictly be your preference. If you are changing the site completely and don't want to have to delete the old information if you do transfer it over I'd say just load up your new site and cancel your old one. When is your old hosting up? If it runs through the end of the month, I wouldn't cancel until you were ready to go with your new site. Your site will not start resolving here until you switch the DNS name servers.

I like the LCD flat panels. I use an inexpensive one (KDS) at work and have a good one (Sony) at home. The inexpensive one blows the CRT monitor next to it away. When looking check for refresh rates, the faster the better. Contrast ratio is the other biggie, the higher the number the better the monitor will look (usually).

You can host as many sites as you want with no additional fees other than the SSL provided you do not exceed the disk space and bandwidth allotments for the plan you purchase.

I run two business sites both using a shared IP and both are indexed in Google as well as other search engines. Reading that page it looks like they are trying to sell dedicated servers.

I use K9 (keir.net) works basically the same as the one mentioned above and it's free. It's been catching 99% of all spam that Spam Assassin doesn't catch.

I have a webcam on my blog. I don't stream the feed to the blog just a static image every 10 minutes. It uses very little bandwidth that way.
