Apparently nobody is using Cartit or else they would have responded. -
New Account Can't Get To Set Up

Since your domain name hasn't propogated yet it's going to be difficult. You will need to use the IP number and I think that will cause problems. -

In cPanel select AddOn Scripts. You should see phpBB and Invision there. If either is missing open a help desk ticket and let them know and they can activate them for you to install. -

Does the welcome email have an IP address to use until the domain name propogates? -
Don't know but maybe pofHQ wapMAIL may be of use to you.

If someone browsed to yourdomaine.ext/images they would see a list of your images. If you had a blank index.html file in there that is what they would see and not a list of your images.

You went but I will answer it. The public_ftp folder is not for backups. It is an anonymous FTP folder for your site. However anonymous FTP is disabled on the TCH servers. If it were active you would be able to allow people to upload files to you anonymously as well as offer files to others anonymously. If you place a blank index.html file in a folder the server will send that to a browser when that folder is accessed. If it happens to be your public_html folder they would not see a home page or anything.

Welcome to the forums, Ana. I don't know the answer to your question but hopefully one of our members can offer some assistance. -

1. mailman is one of those shared programs running on the server. So if the headers are removed for you they would be removed for everyone using mailman on the server where you reside. So that is not an option. 2. Again, mailman is a shared program running on the server. There are other mailing list software programs out there that you can install and use if mailman will not work as you like.

I told you the content has to be in the public_html folder and not the images folder.
-
Since I know nothing of that program I don't know how to tell you to set it up for publishing but you are putting your content below the public_html folder into a folder called images. The index.html file needs to be in the public_html folder.

This has been policy since day one. From the Acceptable Use Policy.

You cannot forward a domain to a subdomain of your site unless you have a reseller account. If you have virtual accounts you will need another virtual account or upgrade to a reseller account and have your other accounts transferred into the reseller account.

Along with putting it in public_html it must also be named index.html or index.htm

Notepad is probably treating it all as one long line. If you use a program like Wordpad or programming editor it will be easier to read. In fact the internal viewer of Winzip works better than Notepad.
