Don't know if your customers are business accounts or individual users but I will tell you from a business standpoint I would not do business that had me jump through hoops to get a message to them. There are ways to deal with SPAM if you are willing to put forth the effort to battle it. I have virtually eliminated all my SPAM using SpamAssassin on the server and K9 and Thunderbird on my desktop.

Is this forward email address also an account within your domain? I don't create forwards for existing accounts so maybe that is the problem. You don't need an account to create a forward.

Are you sure the form itself is working? If you are getting other forwarded email to the address you are using maybe it's the script.

Paul, I use SK2 and the comments approve themselves and users can comment without registering. In fact I have registering turned off on my blog. I have a couple of WP test blogs also set up where I test other plugins and I have SK2 on them as well. They collect a lot of spam and nothing has gotten through (so far). I don't expect any but you never know. These spammers get more creative in their tactics all the time.

I used to use the coldforge one as well but aspell was putting to high of a load on the servers so I understand TCH's position to remove it from shared hosting accounts. I have not found a suitable replacement for comment spell checking but I do use ieSpell for Internet Explorer and Spellbound extension for Firefox. Both of these are client side and I can check my spelling before submitting posts.

If you are not using some sort of spam comment plugin on your blog you are just asking to be spammed. I recommend Spam Karma 2 to anyone running Wordpress.

If you want to host 2 domains with separate content you will need 2 hosting accounts or a reseller account. You may want to read the Acceptable Use Policy. If you want 2 domains pointing to the same content you purchase 1 hosting account and ask support to park the second domain name on the original one.
