  1. Hi Robert, nice to see you back in the forums. Glad you are still happy and have grown while being here.
  2. Don't know what we can say other than what's been said to convince you. Do you have an issue or an email that you can show us that makes you think otherwise? When I say email, I mean the full headers of the email.
  3. Just happened to run across it. If it works for you glad I could help.
  4. If you are still looking for a solution, I just found iRows.
  5. Welcome to the forums airfarenow
  6. Not that I am aware of but you can download your raw log file and use an external processor to determine that.
  7. Welcome to the forums ms Did you upload everything in the .zip file to the folder you created? Are you seeing the text portions of AwStats?
  8. Welcome to the forums beach200
  9. Stuart, we are glad you are happy. Thanks for the kind words.
  10. Hi Jeff, welcome to the forums. The plans are set up this way is all. It is your option which plan to purchase. Benefit of the reseller plan. You get the WHM (web host manager) and all of the accounts will be on the same server under your WHM for you to maintain. With the WHM you create your own packages to resell. They don't need to be 450MB/storage and 10GB/bandwidth. You may have 10 clients that only need 50MB/storage and Of course if your customers need the space/bandwidth of the stater hosting offered here then you would be correct it would make more sense to purchase separate plans for each. I have 3 individual plans that would easily fit into a reseller package but I chose to handle them as separate accounts.
  11. No problems accessing from here either.
  12. Yes, you are correct, redirecting a domain name to one of your sub-domains. That is not allowed on the regular hosting plans. You need a reseller account or additional hosting accounts to host more than one domain name.
  13. Welcome to the forums Alex. To get around the shared certificate issue you could purchase your own certificate and have it installed. Again as Jim said, the certificate is a shared certificate and that's the way they work.
  14. Welcome to the forums. What is the script you are trying to use? There is not enough information given to offer any help.
  15. I don't think anything you find will read the log files on the server since they are in a protected area. You can give access to AwStats without giving someone access to cPanel by using the method on the help site.
  16. Not that I am aware of. You can probably find a counter script over at hotscripts.com to use.
  17. There is no way to specify a different file name according to the documentation provided with cPanel. That said, you could look for a random generator over at hotscripts.com that would allow you to specify different file names to pull from.
  18. Open a ticket with the help desk they will be able to look at your account and give you assistance.
  19. I laughed and laughed when I read that yesterday. Also read where John Dvorak said Apple was going to ditch OS X in favor of Windows.
  20. I have gallery 2 on two different servers both running php 4.4.1 and not having any issues.
  21. Server 16 was at 4.4.1 for PHP. That was upgraded on all servers a while back. So I don't think it's a PHP issue. What version of Gallery and were the images visible just before the move? You should open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a quick look.
