  5. Budget hosting is what TCH does best. If the limits are lifted not so legitimate companies would sign up and get the servers black listed for sending out SPAM. Regardless if you are a legitimate company or not, sending bulk email whether wanted or not will most like cause a server to become blacklisted.
  6. If anyone has a suggestion please contact this user via PM (Private Message). Thanks
  7. Glad I could help. I use the on our company site to draw a text menu if visitors have Javascript turned off. Works well.
  8. Glad you found a solution. Very nice. If the user has Javascript turned off you should be able to use: ><noscript> <link rel.........> </noscript>
  9. Try connecting using your domain name and make sure you set your FTP client to use Passive connections. If that fails open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to take a look. It possible your IP has been blocked due to many attempts to connect and it not connecting because of a bad user name or password.
  10. Maybe a little more information would help. Are you trying to access your site using your domain name or IP address? If you are using the IP address try using the domain name instead.
  11. Please take a look at the FTP Help Page and the All About FTP thread.
  12. Don't know if this thread may be of help but it might.
  13. No you cannot change the theme unless you install your own copy of SquirrelMail into your account.
  14. Welcome to the forums Will You are not trying to forward mail off the TCH servers to your Comcast account are you? If you are that may be why you are not receiving any email. Please read the Comcast Forwards Policy thread.
  15. Please open a ticket with the help desk. The techs can give you a definitive answer on what you can or can't use on your site.
  16. Good luck and glad to hear Piggie is doing well.
  17. My monitor isn't large enough!
  18. If your site is suspended you cannot access it at all until it is unsuspended. If it's a Java applet not connected to the TCH server sure since it won't be using your domains bandwidth or resources. From the Acceptable Use Policy
  19. Glad you found a solution.
  20. The advantage of using SSL is the connection is encrypted. It does not have to be SSL unless you want it to be. For non-encrypted you would use port 25/26 for SMTP and 110 for POP.
  21. I checked with the help desk and found out that many sites were suspended using this script do to the sites becoming compromised.
  22. You can use ports 465 for SMTP and 995 for POP to make a secure connection. And yes, it's password for authentication type.
  23. I believe the flash chat you reference above would be acceptable to install. However if it starts eating up resources you could have your site suspended.
  24. Thanks Thomas Nothing is safe anymore...
