  4. Welcome to the forums snurnberg I think more information may be necessary to help you. What script are you using?
  5. Seth, when TCH makes a decision it will be posted in the forums.
  6. First, are you just creating forwards or are you creating actual email accounts? If you are just creating a forward I do not think you can create an auto-responder for it (I could be wrong). But, the quickest way to find out is to create another email account without a forward and create an auto-responder for it. If that works then yes, if you are forwarding and email you can't use an auto-responder.
  7. While you are correct in what you are saying that is not his problem. If the file exists it will not get overwritten. It's the way the cPanel zip utility is currently working.
  8. I have dbsender sending me seven database backups each night from three different servers. Smallest is 150k and largest is about 4mb and I'm not having any issues they are all working. I have not tried the second script mentioned but as Thomas stated, please open a ticket and have the techs have a look. As for the mail server change I do not think that is the cause as it is only sending an email attachment and the maildir/mbox format would not make a difference.

  22. Not unless I use the program it alerts on.
  23. Unless you open a Word document or spreadsheet that someone sent you in email you should not need be concerned with hacking (my opinion). I'm sure there are ways a hacker could try to execute something over the web that could make you vulnerable but not likely of you are careful.
