How are you trying to access your site? By IP number or domain name? If by IP number, the number has changed. Check the upgrade thread. If that doesn't fix it, try reinstalling the FrontPage Extensions in cPanel (very bottom in Advanced section). If that doesn't work, please open a ticket with the help desk.

Once the server is updated it will be PHP5 immediately and PHP4 will not longer be available on it. As for a test server, there is not one to my knowledge nor plan to be before the rollout. One of the techs will correct me if I am wrong. There will be one server left with PHP4 for those having issues migrating to PHP5 temporarily. If your account is one that is having issues it will be moved to that server to allow you more time to convert. It won't be a permanent solution.

If you are running WordPress the first thing to do is make sure it's current. The next thing to do is install the Spam Karma 2 plugin and say goodbye to comment spam.

WordPress is free and Blogger can publish to your domain here at TCH. You've lost me with your reason.

Open a ticket with the help desk and they should be able to help you. As to why you would want to do that is another question? I used Blogger a long time ago before switching to WordPress and they have an option that allows you to use their blogging interface and publish your blog to your TCH hosted domain. This would be what I would do.

Yes, sounds like there is something not right. A ticket should get you fixed up.

Do you have the email address created in cPanel that you intend to use? And can you send email using Horde or Squirrelmail to your GMail account? Once you have that working it should be a snap to add the address to Eudora to use. You would add it just as you added your ISP email account information. Your pop and smtp server will be mail.your-TCH-domain.ext To send mail through your TCH account you need to authenticate yourself. Not sure how Eudora sets this up but there should be a setting for that or a POP before send setting. If the email will not go, it could be your ISP is blocking port 25. If so change the SMTP port to 26 and give that a try. To retrieve mail using POP requires your full email address and password. HTH
