Extract the package to your hard drive and FTP it to the server would be the easiest way.

Are you using the classic interface or the new live interface? I use the live interface and I can forward to anywhere.

For the 404 error please open a ticket with the help desk. Link at top of page or in my sig. When Fantastico updates the applications offered they are pushed onto the TCH servers.

From what I can tell your pages do not have an extension (.htm, .html, .php...) These pages display fine in Internet Explorer but not in a standards compliant broswer like Firefox. Without an extension to the page name Firefox and other standards compliant browsers will just display it as a text file. It's going to take you some time to correct it because you are going to have to rename all your pages with an extension and change all your links to include the extension.
