cPanel was just upgraded. As for Fantastico it's just an application installer, what kind of an upgrade would you expect to see there. More applications being offered? TCH picks and chooses what applications they will allow you to install using Fantastico based on many factors one of which is how a particular application will effect the performance of the server.

Hard to say, their site doesn't even say it's compatible with PHP4 so maybe it will.

That's curious. You should only have SMF available to install through Fantastico. The other two have been removed. I would use SMF as it is easier to keep updated.

All servers are supposed to be configured the same. Please open a ticket with the help desk and have one of the techs take a look.
