Thank you for answering. After I posted, I used my FTP client and saw that there were emails (About 2000 spam) from October, November, and December of 2006. I deleted these via the FTP client. The CPanel still reports <mail/cur 90.57 Meg> in a supposedly empty file. Can you point me to instructions on how to "Open a ticket?" I will continue to look for these instructions myself, but I have been sitting at this computer too long today and am getting a bit bleary-eyed. Thanks again. Shawn

My mail usage is WAY too high. CPanel's "Disk Space Usage" reports the file <mail/cur> is using 111.71 Meg. According to Horde Mail I have nothing in any file and all deleted emails have been purged. I use a local email client to download emails and always clear the server. I searched this forum and found that Spam Assasin could be a spac-hog. I have cleared that as well. I cannot understand why the usage is so high. This seems to be either a problem with the usage reporting or someone else is invisibly using my space. Does anyone know what can I do to fix this problem? Thanks so much. Shawn
