If you are unable to send email from your domain or road runner to certain domains it's possible that the domain you are sending to is not valid. I have domains hosted here and use road runner for my home internet service and have not had any issues sending email to anyone. In your cPanel select Email Delivery Route and enter and email address. It will show the route it will take to deliver email.

All the servers now have mod_security on by default.

Give it 24 hours. If it's still not working open a ticket with the help desk and have them take a look.

Yes, if you run into the problem with other sites you will have to do the same on those as well. Read up on mod_security.

Yes, they can take a while to propagate through. How long ago did you set it up because I cannot access it by subdomain either.

Well for one thing DocumentRoot "c:\SWB\url" will not work as these are Linux servers. Same with your php_value for include_path. Sorry I don't know what to tell you to put into the .htaccess file (where you would need to enter it) to make it work. Maybe if you tell the old webmaster you are using Linux he will give you more instruction. Another thing is has the domain propagated? The rewrite rules will not work if not I don't believe.

Hi Paul, As you know there are limits to sending emails through the TCH servers. This includes mailing lists. The limits are not discussed openly in the forums but you could open a ticket with the help desk and they will let you know what they are. With a list that large maybe an outside source should be considered for doing the mailing list if more than one message is to be sent. And don't forget any email sent must conform to mailing list rules like people opted to receive such messages and there is a clear way to unsubscribe.

The link you posted cannot be viewed. It requires a user name and password.

IE caches everything you do. Clearing the cache and cookies does not get rid of it either. But wait a day and you should be able to access it again with IE.
