  1. Can anyone tell me why I am unable to send email to certain domains? I tried using my domainname as my mail server, mail.ebaysellersresource.com and my Eudora program would be barely let me do anything. So, I changed it to my internet provider's mail server, mail.roadrunner.com and still, many emails I try to send just give me a "550 relaying mail to domain.com is not allowed." I suppose I understand if it's to a site like aol.com, but my mother's employer? I'm not allowed to send email to their tiny little domain? Doesn't make sense. Can anyone explain this? Thanks. Kim
  2. I need automatic follow ups. Thanks for your help. I sure appreciate it.
  3. Hi Guys, The autoresponder is ****@info.trafficwave.net So, you're saying it SHOULD work, right? If so, perhaps it's the autoresponder..........
  4. I have set up an email forwarder and pointed it to my autoresponder with a different host. So, ideally, it should go like this: Person sends email to myforwarder@my domain.com My forwarder sends their email to myautoresponder@differenthost.com My autoresponder responds to the person who sent the first email. However, every time I test this, I never receive the response from the autoresponder. I know the autoresponder works because I have tested it by sending an email to it directly. Then it hit me. Maybe I should find out if email forwarders work with autoresponders. And, if they do, why isn't mine working? Thanks in advance. Kim eBaysellersresource.com
