  2. For the time being yes. Server moves and all.
  3. Yes, you can use the same user on all of your databases. However, if someone happens to crack the password they would have access to all of your files and not just one.
  4. Welcome to the forum, TheWatcherUatu You can still install phpBB but you would have to do it yourself. No automatic install.

  7. Welcome to the forums LMMCCTCO You would have to take a backup of your database that can then be restored into a database here after you have the forum software installed. I believe you could leave the backup you take on your existing host and have the techs transfer it if possible. Please open a ticket with the help desk (link above or in my signature) and one of the techs would be able to tell you for sure.
  8. From the Acceptable Use Policy I think the part I made bold makes it clear that that type of content is not welcome here. That being said, if you find content you find objectionable hosted here at TCH open a ticket with the help desk and point it out. That does not mean to open a ticket with the help desk for every site you find objectionable here at TCH. If it is legal content (like nudes or other things that you object to in your personal beliefs) doesn't mean it's objectionable to others. A little common sense goes a long way.
  9. Persistence. Glad you sorted it out.

  12. Yes, you would need a reseller plan if you want them all under one umbrella so to speak. As for FTP accounts, you can create FTP accounts to access a certain folder within the domain and anything under it. Hope that helps.
  13. I don't know but it's looking for a folder in your root folder denoted by [/color] in your error message above. There should be nothing writing to your root folders and that may be the source of the problem. Can you contact the author of the mod. Maybe they can shine some light in your direction.
  14. Welcome to the forums Mike
  15. Good work Tina!
  16. If you are using an email client you would set your incoming and outgoing servers to use those ports. Using webmail you just use the https://.....
  17. You just need to add something like the following to your .htaccess file >php_value post_max_size 30M php_value upload_max_filesize 30M
  18. Try it this way. https://felucia.tchmachines.com/sqmail Log in with your domain email address and password. Except that doesn't work either. Please open a ticket with the help desk.
  19. Do you log out of Squirrelmail before surfing away?
  20. Here is the Forwards Policy thread
  21. Please open a ticket with the help desk, link above or in my signature and discuss the situation with them. I am sure they can help in some way.
  22. Sorry to hear of your troubles. .gz files are archives and you will need a program like WinZip, 7-Zip or WinRar to extract them.
  23. Thanks Mike
  24. Chris, the help desk is the only place it can be confirmed. The moderators don't have access to the servers.
  25. I don't think Fantastico will adjust the permissions for you. Just open a ticket with the help desk as Rob says and they will take care of it for you.
