  1. If you use this you should be set. Add it to the .htaccess file in the public_html folder. >Options +FollowSymlinks RewriteEngine on rewritecond %{http_host} ^domain.com [nc] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.domain.com/$1 [r=301,nc] Replace domain . com with your domain name. Here's a quick little tool for doing this.

  8. I omitted an ingredient. The recipe I used called for ketchup and I substituted BBQ sauce. But glad you enjoyed it.
  9. I use forwards all the time and I have not had any issues. I poll my email box every 15 minutes. There is nothing so important that I need to poll it more frequently. If you are having issues please open a ticket with the help desk and have one of the techs investigate. Link can be found at top of this page or in my signature.

  17. Well when I used to make it (Bonnie does it now) I used 1/2 pound each 80/20 ground beef and 1/2 pound Italian sausage (hot). A package of onion soup mix, 2 eggs, some Italian bread crumbs and substitute Worcestershire sauce for the water (2 tbl spoons, I think). Cook at 350 for 60 minutes.
  18. I wouldn't think any. Should be fine. I doubt 10 hours left out would cause any problems. Not like there is raw meat or eggs in it.
