That can not be the problem as TCH servers do not run in safe mode.

It is not listed in the banned scripts, so you should be able to use it. The script you are asking about is similiar to the one included with cpanel. I have not used either so I have no idea how secure they are.

The php formail script is pretty easy to set up. I have never set up a formail script and had it up and running in about 10 minutes.

Well, first question did you have custom name servers set up for FRUGALHORSE.COM? If you have, whenh did you change the DNS for that domain to point to NS1 and NS2.FRUGALHORSE.COM? If it was just recently, last day or two it can take up to 72 hours for DNS to propagate.
