No Go! Either your account is to large and times out the servers are your old host has slow connection, or they have disabled the feature. You will need to do the transfer tha old fashioned way. Sorry - Mikey

Yes we can work that our. I want to make one point clear. We can not promise it will transfer. Why dont we do this. Submit a tech support ticket and before you sign up we can try to move it over to our servers. No charge to try. If it works then great, you go sign up and we give you access to your new site. If it doesnt work then we can figure out what else to do? Sound like a plan? If so, you will need to submit the following to our help desk. IP address of old site. Cpanel Username and Password of old site. Name of old Hosting Company. Thanks

Is your current host a CPANEL host? If so and your site is not to large, we could do this for you at no charge. We can not promise it will transfer, as larger sites tend not to move over well. We will move your site over right after we activate your account. Providing its a cpanel host. Cheers! Mikey

You would need a reseller account to perform that. Also this section of the Acceptable Use Policy would prohibit that "Any site that offers hostees or free or fee based hosting accounts under the subdomain of its master account. These types of sites severaly degrades system performace and are NOT allowed." Cheers, Mikey

Hey - Ok here is the issue. Your IP address routes to a different country then that of your address listed with the CC you used. Thus it did not pass the fraud tests.
