Mae, I doubt it is real but please open a help desk ticket to the techs and let them take a look. You are right to be cautious I never follow a link that ask me to and enter sensitive information. before I look at the headers and can see if it is phony.

Welcome to the forums I gave up ftping large numbers of files I zip them up and use cpanels file manager to upload and extract as mentioned its about ten times as fast. Or you might try zipping and another ftp client I had one that kept stopping half way through then tried Core FTP lite and no more problems But zipping up the file is more efficient.

I played with PHPlist and its seems a little easier than Dada mail.

If you mean in cpanel its not part of the scripts there. But in a while when fantastico is added you will see it.
