Yes, TCH is affiliated with Wild West Domains and they are requesting you to verify you want to transfer the domain. Then when they start the transfer process you will get another e-mail from your current domain registrar asking if you really want to leave them.

Make sure to copy your existing admin/config.inc.php file so you can edit the new one and put the same database and URL info in it. There are instructions in the doc folder. After I copied the old config file off I removed my current guestbook folder files and uploaded the new ones including the edited version of the config file and then followed the doc file.

Did you upload then are trying to extract in filemanager or just trying to unzip on your computer? Don't forget to change back to the sub-silver theme first. Then use the changed files update.

Could Thunderbird have made a change like becoming the default e-mail client that prevents outlook from running? Have you used outlook before now but after thunderbird was installed?
