I get way too many of these every day I filter most but you can't guess what they will use

I do not see the full url HREF="http://www.mytchsite.com/pathto_icon_file/favicon.ico it starts with a folder name <link rel="shortcut icon" href="templates/.......... try the full path or put the favicon.ico file in the same folder as the blog.

It may be a firewall problem since you can log in from another location. As to the tickets, when you submit you are shown a list of possible answers, if none of those apply there is a link at the bottom of the page to go ahead and send the ticket in. Then you should receive an automated e-mail confirming your ticket was entered. Sometimes the e-mail may end up in a spam folder if you use one. Just a thought. And you can always go back to the help desk to look at your tickets.

Does the spell checker work in Firefox? I will give it a try tomorrow when I get home from work.

I see the same thing, its a .gz now. I would think it is a change made by the cpanel folks.

The spell checker look like a good reason for me. I miss the one that worked on earlier versions of FireFox, but will not work with the current one. And the translator will come in handy, if it works for Swedish

I would remove the redirect and then log into your domain name account at wild west domains for busyneedlework.com and just forward the domain to your current account domain name busyneedle.com with out using the masking option. If you have had the techs park busyneedlework.com on top of busyneedle.com then the url wil not change, and you will need to get the techs to unpark busyneedlework.com At least I think this is what you want.

Above the public_html folder there is a file .acart that contains the name of the cart. remove it and the folder where you installed the AgoraCart and its gone. The data is stored in a folder inside the cart folder (data_files) So removing the cart folder will remove all.

sub.sub.domains are not supported here.

Has the domain name propagated yet? Not a DW user but you may have to use the IP address in your welcome e-mail until the name resolves to your server. just a thought.
