Welcome to the forums, dcthunder57! I use CSB and would like to assist. Many things can cause your situation. Could be that you have codes on the page that conflict with each other, or code that has not been customized for CSB, or incomplete code (missing closing characters) or if you have 3rd party site add-ons like Groovy mentioned, they may not be properly inserted or not working properly due to things beyond TCH or CSB just to name a few... To best do so, we would need to see the page(s) that have the problem. Otherwise we are shooting blindly. By the way, if you use the Publish to local HTML folder for your previewing, make sure it is UNCHECKED in the publishing options before you actually publish as this can often interfere with uploading certain kinds of things to the site.

Central Florida is feeling the storm and it hasn't come on shore yet! Wilma is a strong Cat 3 storm now and very W I D E. Gracious, this thing is covering the entire peninsula of Florida. We've had rains for hours and lots of tornados. Not usually up at 4:30 am but could not sleep through the wind gusts here in the Orange County area. We were supposed to be clear...storm was supposed to stay south of us but it has changed course to veer a bit further north. Theme parks are scheduled to be closed, all schools are closed and the airport is reporting DELAYS, call ahead. Surprise! Watching news reports of the keys. Typical shots of palm fronds blowing in the wind and the generic weather goof standing in the rain, arms outstretched showing how strong the wind is blowing him. In Key West the weather goof is kneeling on the ground because he can no longer stand up. With the keys in the NorthEast quadrant of the storm, they got hit by a wall of rain and wind. The storm has moved north of them so the keys are now on the back side of the storm. The worst should be over for them and weather should slowly calm down for them. Jim, Check in when you can!! TCH-BRUCE YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!!!! I have used squirrelmail on a regular basis to check one of the email addresses directly from my website interface. Never tried HORDE. Went in and found MANY emails stored under the standard folders (none that did not belong) from June of this year when I had major problems with my OUTLOOK. Found no wacky emails (something obviously to be wary of) and some responses I expected but never received. Checked every folder and cleared all. Strange that I could find the emails in HORDE but not in SQUIRRELMAIL when the messages were definitely stored in the email address folders I set up a couple years ago. Will set it on my schedule to check HORDE periodically to make sure everything is clear. REALLY appreciate the heads up!!! Now I should be able to make another clean backup as I planned to do this weekend. (fingers crossed)

I have the default email sent to :fail: Are you both saying that there is an infected email on my website account somewhere? How do I clean that out? I do not have any emails there that I can find. I have Spam Assassin enabled but have not enabled the spam box. Maybe I should so the emails will not be sent on to me but I find it easier to check my "spam email" in one folder....I use Spam Killer on my home machine and it has it's own spam folder that captures the files that spam assassin forwards. I did notice that when I go into manage the email accounts 2 show 0 quota used, one shows 0.43 Meg quota and one shows 0.4 Meg quota used. When I send and receive nothing comes in and those quotas do not change. Is there something I need to clean on the server to clear those out? I have my set email program in my computer to dump any @samisite.com that does not match my addresses in case anything does get through. And I have no other virus alerts.....only this one. I deleted the file. No emails on my computer come back with the virus. Before I create another backup, I want to make sure I will not have another problem. Anything else I should do before I do that?

Last month I had CPanel create a backup file for my personal site. I downloaded the monster file to my backup hard drive. Tonight while doing a routine scan of my backup drive, I got a VIRUS DETECTED alert on the backup-9.19.2005_18-54-17_samisit.tar.gz backup file. According to McAfee, the file is infected with virus detected: Exploit-MIME.gen.exe and can not be cleaned. It is the ONLY file on the backup drive that came back suspicious. My main hard drive scans clean also. How did it get infected? It went directly from my website to my backup. Should I delete it? If so, then how do I maintain a monthly backup of the full site? Is it a mistake, similar code misinterpreted by McAfee? Advice would be appreciated.

Thanks for the link. Will take a look at the script to see the differences. Since last posting, I finally found the script I was trying to locate that I had used quite a while ago. If you try to go to the content page without the frameset around it (direct link to the page), you are redirected. Don't know who wrote the script, never did. Each content page needs these lines of code: <script type="text/javascript" src="iframe.js"> <body onload="detect();"> Then I upload a file called iframe.js to the website, into the same directory as the iframe. This file sends the visitor to the home page (index.html) for the directory since that's the page with the iframe on it. function detect() { var framesetpage = "index.html" if (parent.location.href == window.location.href) parent.location.href = framesetpage}

I have seen and in the past used a script that limits access on a content page that should only appear within an iframe. Can't find it now. Looking for a redirect script that detects the page is not being viewed from with the iframe and redirects user to the page with the iframe on it. Thanks for any suggestions

Yest I understood that from this earlier post and response But in my case, the two entries in my authenticated list actually indicate that they viewed 17 pages and 7 pages. So it appears, based on the stats that they either got in or kept trying multiple times (which wouldn't make sense to me).

This month I have 2 authenticated users appearing showing they idelarosa[at]fabricadigital.com.mx 17 pages and danjohn with 7 pages. NEITHER have been allowed access. What is going on? Edit: TCH-Bruce modified the email address to prevent spam harvesting

Considering I have only downloaded 20 songs in more than a year that would indeed be a steep price! I don't have an mp3 player and the mp3s I have on the computer are from my own cd collection so I don't have to constantly change cds when I want to listen to them. I truly thought I was using legit service but now you make me question that too! Why did I login today????

For over a year, I have used a site that is something.RU for my mp3 downloads. Paid via credit card and each song is about 10 cents if you get an album. Strange offerings, not the usual fare. But no peer to peer sharing involved. Strictly pay to download. When I registered, I thought I was on a British site but turned out not. So far, I have had no issues, and my CC number has not been not stolen or used fraudulently.... Now you have me worried. Maybe I will get that one replaced....(Which one did I use?) As to the Adobe cheap product....stay away. Those sites have been written up for a long time as offering stolen or counterfeit copies of the software. Easily identifiable by the fact that it is CD only, no manuals, or the manuals are photocopies/pdf only. And I have also seen the fine print on other sites that you must have your own license that the software is a "backup" copy.

I can accept that. Shame that the local business owner with the local gas pumps are put between a rock and a hard place just like the rest of us. Prices increased again to $3.19/gal regular here, for that stations that have gas. Many stations seem to be getting just partial fills. They reopen only half the pumps for a day or so then out again... Maybe I'll check EBAY for a moped on sale....

Seems to me the price for that gas already in the tanks was set the day the tank was full and that the gas station owner will be billed for that amount of fuel at that set price. So how can it be justified to increase the price when you haven't been charged an increase in price yet???? Don't get me wrong. I am ALL FOR MAKING A PROFIT, but when it causes hardships..... And besides, it's not just the cost at the pump. Those gas prices impact the cost of groceries, services, etc. Anyone in california? would like to know current prices out there....

So sorry to hear of your loss. It's very difficult to lose a close family member.
