There was nothing wrong with your password, I just FTP'd into your account without issue. As I told you in my response to your help ticket, you have to refer to the second welcome email. Permissions are fine, your second account is fine, the password your using IS NOT fine. You have two accounts, therefore you have two userids and passwords.

Hello, Wanted to let everyone know of a change in our staff responsiblites. Tony Winfrey is no longer with the company and effective today Mitch is being elevated to "Customer Service Director". Its not the content! It the hosting of multiple DOMAINS... Perhaps a class in marketing is in need for you my friend. My web site clearly states you can host UNLIMTED SUB-DOMAINS. I see no where on my site does it say for $4.00 per month you can host all the domains you want. Yes thats right folks for $4.00 per month you can point domaina to sub domains and host unlimited domains. That is not what our web site says. Marketing must be a tad different up there in canada.

Yes we do not allow one account to host many web sites, you would need a reseller account for such multiple domain hosting. Good luck in your search.

Hi, cPanel servers use custom binaries so therefore this behavior is standard and can not be modified. All cPanel servers use the same doc root.

all accounts from today have been provisioned as of the time I posted this. sorry for the delay, I was busy delivering new servers to the datacenter

Hey KW- We used to have over twenty sets of name servers, each server was serving up its own set. Made for mass confusion. Couple months back we moved to a redundant Master/Slave DNS system. We use two servers, on different subnets, and one in a offsite datacenter. These two servers act as a Master and a Slave. The slave grabs all the DNS Zone files, like a round robin setup. The wonderfull thing is if NS1 goes down or the datacenter goes down, NS2 takes over and things run.... TOTAL REDUNDANCY. By placing NS2 on a different node, we achieve even greater backup availablity. So the only name servers we use now are. ns1.totalchoicehosting.com is 66.11.162.138 ns2.totalchoicehosting.com is 209.51.158.250 Everyone else using the older nameservers are also using this, as we changed the IP's on all the old name servers. Hope this makes sense.
