I have signed up for your hosting 2 days ago, got confirmation from mypaysytems.com that my payment was processed, but I got no response from you at all. I sent you 4 emails to various email addresses found on your site (support, accounts...) and got no response from them.

Tried to register here today and did not receive confirmation email either. Finally, I was able to register now.

My email is working, so that cannot be the problem.

 

Can someone please respond, my invoice ID is 8703, do you need more info?

Jake, you can email me directly, mitch@totalchoicehosting.com and I promise I'll deal with you one on one with this. Also we have many gurus online almost all day from the support page that you could talk to as well as the online opperator.

Alright Jake, here's the problem. You're using the email account tied to the domain name you are trying to move over to us. This is the reason you're not getting any of our messages, because they are all going to your new account instead. Could you give us a diffrent email address so that we can contact you and send you your welcome email that way? Thanks! :)

I want to thank you all on such a warm welcome. My site is finally on your servers, after one week delay, courtesy of my registrar, whom I will not name at this time :( I was locked out of my domain for a week, could not unlock it.

I can tell you this, I am so impressed with performance and service you provided, everything is sooo easy and straightforward, your cpanel is GREAT!
