  1. Thanks for suggestion, however that's not the case. I use Filezilla and it has filters, and none are set. I also tried Smart FTP, Core FTP and all have the same "problem". Does this have something to do with permissions? How can I set permissions on a file if I don't see it? thanks
  2. When I access my site using *ANY* FTP client, I can't see all the files in some directories. I have a forum with about 2000 members and if I look in Members directory, many members are not listed. I know I was able to see all members before, but this phenomenon started recently. If I do forum backup and download members list, I can see ALL members in backup.. Can anyone please shed some light on what's going on here? thanks
  3. Thanks Andy. Just as I was editing my post, you replied to it. My site is down for the past 15 minutes, that's why I wrote this comment. And as I said, this happened before in the past few weeks, which NEVER happened before that, since I signed up a year ago. I don't think it's a routing issue.
  4. I am sorry but I have noticed that IT IS a problem. I have never noticed any problems with my site, on server 38, before. Now, very often site is unreachable for brief period of time, and it seems slower in general. The main reason I switched to TCH was your UPTIME and performance record. I did not mind paying more when my site never went down like it did with other hosting services. The reason I am writing this now is because my site is down right now, and it has happened few times in the past few weeks, since you introduced new hosting packages. In my opinion, your hosting changes are drastic, and if you cannot maintain past performance and uptime, you will lose customers, which I don't want to see happen. Cheers

Thumbs Up Thumbs Up thanks jake BTW, I am just curious, my cpanel is still showing 14 gigs bandwith. When does this get reset, at end of each month, or at end of my billing period, which would be on 24th of the month?
  6. Like I said, I didn't mean to put pressure on you , and I didn't think you forgot about me. Excuse my impatiance, it's my fault that I ddn't ask for upgrade sooner, I didn't expect to exceed the limit, still getting used to the new home cheers!

Hi, My site has been down for almost 2 days, I went over the bandwith limit, but I submitted a ticket to billing yesterday, and supplied you with payment receipt today (ticket is TIW-66880), for upgrade. I wouldn't like to put too much pressure on you guys but could you reactivate my account ASAP. Thanks Jake
  8. I want to thank you all on such a warm welcome. My site is finally on your servers, after one week delay, courtesy of my registrar, whom I will not name at this time I was locked out of my domain for a week, could not unlock it. I can tell you this, I am so impressed with performance and service you provided, everything is sooo easy and straightforward, your cpanel is GREAT! Thank you very much, you are all great!!   12. I have signed up for your hosting 2 days ago, got confirmation from mypaysytems.com that my payment was processed, but I got no response from you at all. I sent you 4 emails to various email addresses found on your site (support, accounts...) and got no response from them. Tried to register here today and did not receive confirmation email either. Finally, I was able to register now. My email is working, so that cannot be the problem. Can someone please respond, my invoice ID is 8703, do you need more info? Thanks, Jake
