Thanks but I was just a bit anxious and posted twice. You ppl are so nice unlike the Movable Type forums where you get half a dozen ppl yelling at you just cos u posted twice (but they are extremely helpful) ! Rock Sign ;) Thumbs Up

You need to open a Help Desk ticket and provide a name so we can look it up. Your account may be set up and the email didn't get to you or there could be a problem. In any case, we need more information to know for sure.

Hmm, I had the same problem this week. Signed up for an account Tuesday night. Within an hour I recieved two confirmations about payment. But 36 hour later, I had no e-mail with the account info (username and password).

 

I turned in a help ticket this morning - and included the payment confirmation e-mails. TCH e-mailed me the account info I needed withint two hours.

 

My experience so far - tch responds quickly when something goes wrong, and they have the necessary info. Hang in there.

The US will be just waking up at the moment, then we can chase it through fully. The ticket is in the help desk, and will be dealt with shortly.

I checked the whois records and see that the domain registration does have the dash. I have modified the domain on your account and you should be able to see the index of your page now. All the other information in your welcome email remains the same.
