Why Tch Rocks

I wanted to start a TCH discussion about why TCH is great. In the wise words of my little cousin's text message lingo:

tch does indeed rock.

decided ill come for a peek round the forums since i have been absent for a while

 

i think the plus sides are that TCH is honest,

what you see

is what you pay

 

the online tech support solves things like *click* (where as some tech lines i have mailed phoned take a long time, and the Staff know as much as what is on a screen in front of them)

this forum for little issues, and the occasional other issue where you would like help

and price.

 

all in all a good little package where everything works, everyones happy

I'm always amazed by how fast tech support are at sorting out any problems - even of my own causing.

Another year for me, and I'm still happy as can be. Granted, I just do a part-time blog for my own entertainment, but TCH serves it up just fine. It's good to know help is there and knowledgeable (sp?).

 

Hopefully I can get around to doing a podcast and we'll see how she holds up then.

Well I started with TCH back when they had 38 servers and 2 or 3 data centers they contracted. Just look how much TCH has grown. They use top notch equipment and don't oversell like most value web hosts do. The forum is moderated but rarely censored and a great help to anyone with questions about how this all works. I have only contacted support on two occasions and both times the problems were fixed within minutes.

Tech support, a friendly and positive atmosphere and a great forum to learn how to grow your technical skills.

 

Let's face it, not having a web host is like not having a phone number. Everyone needs a web address in the world of today.

 

If not, you are missing out on a lot of what life has to offer.

 

 

If you're a successful and happy person, you might have 5 or 10 domain names. I'm intellectual at heart, but TCH has helped to make me a man of action!

In fact-the Teachers at TCH have helped us through a ton!! If you are considering placing your child in a program while you go to work-go and tour our second home! The Children's Hour rocks!
