Guest zethilone Posted July 1, 2003 Posted July 1, 2003 A few days ago, 3, my friend orderd webhosting. (YAY! 4 person I converted to TCH!) But unlike anyone eles he has had numerous problems. He odered it 3 days ago and no email. No comfermation email nothing. He email you again asking for help! NO EMIAL! So is there a problem or missunderstanding? What should he do? -Matt Quote

Man, I would love to start on my web page. This looks like a real cool place. leezard Posted July 5, 2003 Posted July 5, 2003 anotherthing, if you listed your address as whatever@**** (the domain you'll be hosting on TCH) thats probably why you didnt get the e-mail. Thats what i did and never recieved the e-mail, but talking to someone in support for 2 minutes resolved it. Quote
