Twisted Posted June 13, 2003 Posted June 13, 2003 I wish the hosting plans were a little different. For example the lowest plan you have has 300mb of space. Well I would move my comptuer domain here but I don't need 300mb of space. As a matter of fact I only really need about 100mb of space. I refuse to pay 4.00 bucks a month or 44.00 bucks a year for space I will never use in my whole life! If you made it so I could get less space, decent bandwidth, for a decent price that I might actually use then I may switch my computer domain. Otherwise it would be just plain pointless since right now I pay 19.99 a year for 200mb of space and 200mb space is way more than I ever need since I am only using up 6mb of webspace right now. What do you really expect to get for $19 dollars a year... I have an idea and its not the kind of uptime, honest and dependable service that I provide to my clients. Most of the low end providers will be hasbeens at that price rate Quote

Besides I got quite a few bills (including my new cable internet), working on a new lowrider, buying computer parts in bulk, etc. There is just so much going on that I need to use any money that I can save for other things. Like I am trying to work up a college fund for my son, not to meantion all the stuff you gotta buy them. hehe U should know how it is. I don't need to tell you my whole life story. Quote

The site isn't really doing anything too important. I have looked far and wide across the internet trust me on this I'm done with my search. Now I am on a search for the best deals on car parts for my lowrider I am gonna be getting. Gonna get a honda civic si, then lower it, tint the windows, rims & low pro tires, put my system in it, soup up the engine, cold air intake, add NOS, get it air brushed, maybe add a air bag setup or if i have more money to spend put hydros on it, and lots of other fun stuff. of course if eric rides in it I will drive carefully as always I edited out the name Twisted... Hold off on the window tint job for a week and get TCH Not being rude or anything, but you say you need to save money for sons college thats why you want cheap hosting, and then a minute later say all the stuff your gonna do to this car. This is just my own opinion, but I'm guessing you build/sell computers since you mentioned buying bulk parts etc. A nice site on GREAT servers can make you money, sure you could make money racing the civic but you could also loose a lot of money paying speeding tickets . When I saw the plan for $4 per month I thought... you gotta be kidding. I think that's too cheap. But I'm glad it's available. Are there cheaper... yes. But some of my sites are revenue generators for me... and I feel like going for the cheapest is like shopping for a cheap parachute or a cheap heart surgeon... not a wise idea. In my opinion... I will probably leave it at that for a while. It isn't hurting me any to have my computer domain hosted somewhere else. About the honda. I won't be racing it, I am building it up for car competions that they have here, they have a lot of different categories I can enter I used to have a 86 Mazda Truck for a lowrider that was body dropped 5", hood scoop, hood pins, chrome air breather, crome rims, low pro tires, shaved door handles, shaved tailgate, shaved locks, tint,etc. I sold that though because lack of interest in finishing it up.
