I would first like to congratulate TCH on their excellent support and customer service. I have a reseller account and just noticed that TCH charges $1.75 per month per 10MB of additional disk space. I felt this was a bit high considering the low cost of HDD's nowadays or am I missing something? Quote

Deverill Posted September 6, 2004 Posted September 6, 2004 Welcome - we're glad you stopped in. Usually a company will charge a little extra for add-ons because of the maintenance required. I'm not sure how TCH is set up on the billing end but I'm sure there's extra work involved in the 10Mb add-ons than just the straight packages. That's my guess, and it's only a guess. Quote

While you change that you might also want to update your help page to include the new servers since they show stats only till server 62. I have sent a support ticket in this regard too. I have a feeling TCH is going to be the last host I look for! Quote
