Hi all,

I'm new to TCH and this is my first post to the forum. I would first like to congratulate TCH on their excellent support and customer service.

I have a reseller account and just noticed that TCH charges $1.75 per month per 10MB of additional disk space. I felt this was a bit high considering the low cost of HDD's nowadays or am I missing something?

Welcome to the forms. I will defer the answer of this to regular staff to prevent me leading you down the wrong path. I just wanted to welcome you and let you know we have seen the post and are not ignoring it.

Welcome - we're glad you stopped in.

Usually a company will charge a little extra for add-ons because of the maintenance required. I'm not sure how TCH is set up on the billing end but I'm sure there's extra work involved in the 10Mb add-ons than just the straight packages. That's my guess, and it's only a guess.

Thanks Rob, Raul, Jim, Don, & Bruce for the welcome and thank you Bill for clarifying. I had thought that it should've read 100MB.

While you change that you might also want to update your help page to include the new servers since they show stats only till server 62. I have sent a support ticket in this regard too.

I have a feeling TCH is going to be the last host I look for!

That is a error on our site. Sorry about that, we need to get that corrected.

It should read $1.75 per 100MB

Bill

Wow, big difference :-P

Yeah, I was wondering why it was so expensive, but assumed it was because you just wanted everyone to upgrade plans when they needed more space.

$1.75 per 100 MB is worth it
