Guide to parallel parking in Spain. 1) Find space (if none available, double park next to someone else) 2) Drive into space as best as you can diagonally leaving back-end of car sticking out into road. or ... 2) Pull up next to car in front of space. 3) Manouvere into space. 4) Adjust position - you'll no when you can't go any further forward as the car in front will rock slightly - same applies to car behind. Then on return to vehicle ... 1) Arrive back in plenty of time, as you'll need to wait for the people who have blocked you in to finish their shopping. 2) If short on time, blast horn until someone appears. or ... 2) Go for a coffee and try again in 20 minutes.
