annie Posted June 5, 2004 Posted June 5, 2004 Use forwards. Set up a multiple forwards with the same address, going to each address on your list. Anyone know how many recipients you can have before things start to go haywire? Quote
juma Posted June 5, 2004 Author Posted June 5, 2004 The forwarder can only redrirect 1 email address at a time... I want something like this me@forward.com goes to you@yoursite.net them@theirsite.org we@oursite.biz etc, etc...i want it to work like that, not just to one person...so that anyone sending e-mail to me@forward.com will in effect be sending it to all addresses listed above and if they responed to me@forward.com the mail will go out to all the persons on the list including themselves. juma Quote
bellringr Posted June 5, 2004 Posted June 5, 2004 You can set up a mailing list in cpanel and name it whatever@******. Then enter the desired settings and subscribe all the people you want it to go to. Quote
TCH-Rick Posted June 5, 2004 Posted June 5, 2004 You can also set up multiple forwarders on the single address. Just add another entry for each address you want to send to. Quote
TCH-Don Posted June 5, 2004 Posted June 5, 2004 The forward works nicely for a form as well send form contents to myform@mysite.com the set up forwards forward myform@mysite.com -> dept1@mysite.com then add another forward forward myform@mysite.com -> dept2@mysite.com and so on. Quote
wigoweb Posted June 11, 2004 Posted June 11, 2004 TotalChoice Hosting Family Forums -> TotalChoice Hosting General Support -> Backend Services -> Forwarding To More Than One Recipient Try the forum listed above where this topic was discussed some time back. You can have one forward, bestcustomers @ mysite.com which goes to multiple addressees. I don't know how many though. I have done 20 to 25 with no difficulty. Quote
