vfwlkr Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 I had signed up earlier this month. For some reason, I had started to believe that the CC would be auto-charged every month. But today I receive an email asking me to view the invoice at ssl.totalchoicehosting.com/modern. What's the deal? Do I pay each month, or does it auto-renew? Quote
Alan Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 vfwlkr, If your using a credit card, it should be automated. When you get the statement at the end of the month, do u get a 'Subscription' with TotalChoiceHosting on it anywhere? A Staff member will be along shortly to assist you. It might be a good idea to submit a Helpdesk Ticket so that they can get you taken care of, it would need to be sent to the Sales dept. I would think, and if not they will redirect it to the correct department. Quote
TCH-Dick Posted May 23, 2004 Posted May 23, 2004 our new billing system invoices 7 days before the billing date (the 1st) it is just a reminder saying hey, we're charging you on the 1st. Quote

Hi Mike - That system sure works great doesn't it? It's handy to log in and see your records for sure.. Weezy Quote
Head Guru Posted June 2, 2004 Posted June 2, 2004 The new system is really good. We are going to add a line or two to the invoice that states this is simply a reminder that your credit card will be charged on the 1st. This should remove some of the confusion. Bill Quote

Bill Thats a great idea. What I liked about it was the ability to pay as soon as I got the invoice.. manually? It's nice to be able to do that and know its paid and all is good. LOL! Weezy Quote
