I did it through a ftp program. I didnt know there was differencies in chmod things between ftp and cpanel.

Weird. I just tried to send from my cpanel/neomail to my hotmail and it worked. You havent made any strange settings in hotmails blocklists (not sure the correct name right now)?

Sorry, I see i was a little late on updating my post. I figured it out. First i made it 777 and then back to 755. It worked. Thanks anyway Madmancp. There might be a new problem though (not sure yet if its a problem ) The archive in is according to install guide to be 755 but it keeps setting itself to 775. Is that a problem or is it supposed to do that (thinking about security here)

Im trying to install a swedish language pack to Invision power board but getting this message: If I understand the installguide right, the permission is to be set to 755 and it is. Am i missing something?

I made a suggestion, but no forum yet. But I´m no quitter, so i try again. I would like to see a forum not dedicated to anything special. Something like "anything goes" kind of forum. Somewhere we can ask each other for not only programs or scripts but graphics and all other "web"related things there isnt a forum for yet (websites does not only contain scripts ) . But not just webstuff but for cake-recepies (think i spelled that right), advices how to (whatever), music... Hm, this explanation became a little complicated but i think you know what i mean.

It certainly is an amazing family I am with. I dont doubt that anyone doesnt do his or hers best. I know they do. That what makes this family the BEST. I dont think I met such familiarity anywhere in my life (except for my real family). I have been involved in many chats and discussionforums through the years and sure i have gotten friends or atleast chatpals. These chats and discussions have not been about computers except for one. What i have learned from april last year when i joined i didnt think was possible. My brothers and sisters here are just... wow. I am very proud to be a part of this family but it is you Head Guru who started it. Thank you for that.

Not sure what this menu in ie is called in english but in the 3rd (view I think) from left you have textsize. But if speaking other browsers mozilla is good.

Sounds to me the emails are in HTML, which may (I think) make the graphics missing sometimes, just as when those x´s turns up on a webpage with missing graphics.

If you are on server 48, they are working on it.

Why not zip them? My brother in law has the same problem, so he told me to zip if i send those things and it works.

Is there attachements being dropped now? I havent noticed anything and im getting attachements pretty often.

Ok. Big thank you for the long but informative answer/explanation. Now I understand a little more. Thank you everyone involved. This kind of response/help makes me just feel I am home. I might have one more question but i will do a search first cause i thiink i have seen the answer somewhere.

I might publish this in wrong forum. Sorry if so. I have just installed IPB 1.3 and was gonna play around with style sheets when the attached screen came up. When I tried to fix that, the following message met me: What are those supposed to be chmoded to? Any help is as always appreciated.
