Did you set permissions correctly? Addition: Here is the permissions that needs to be set: Directory public - 777 (drwxrwxrwx) Directory tmp - 777 (drwxrwxrwx)

Then I learned a little more and apologise to the original poster.

I dont think it can be done unfortunately (but I could be wrong). The only solution I see is to create a email adress and using an email client (like outlook, thunderbird etc) to access the email and also leave the email on the server, then computer number 2 can also download it via pop.

No they should not I think. I have a few accounts in my reseller space and they have individual settings which works individually.

I´m not exactly sure if I understand you correctly, but have a look at this post to see if it may help you. Otherwise I am sure someone with the correct answer will be here shortly. EDIT: The above mentioned post may not give the actual solution, but may give a hint on whats wrong. But I also see TCH-Rick having a look at this post, so lets see if he have a proper answer.

One good thing to do is to sign up on eventual mailinglists that a site we have downloaded a script or program from may offer, so we know when updates are released (especially security updates).

I checked their forum and it looks like this may happen if any templates from an earlier version is still installed. Might be best to delete this installation and start again. However as I said earlier, there might be someone who knows a better answer.

I have Trillian Pro up and running now. There was a slight installation issue with it that their support fixed. But for anyone installing Trillian Pro, I can recommend installing it a completely empty folder. Thanks everyone
