Hi Twelevemotion, I have now had time to figure this out after our IM-chat. I think the correct procedure is: 1) Upload the similies to forum > images > smilies 2) Insert them one by one in your admin section > general admin > smilies in your phpbb. There is an option for importing a smiley pack too, but I have no idea how to do that.

Done, I´ve disabled every single thing I can think of in NIS that have to do with outlook. Still problem though.

I upgraded Norton internet security a couple of days ago. Since then at startup of the computer a box comes up saying something about "Since Microsoft Outlook isn´t installed or set as standard email client it can not load ...". I am sorry, my internet security is in swedish so I don´t exactly know what this message says in english. Even if this is a poor explanation, does anyone happen to know which box I mean and what I can do to get rid of it since it drives me nuts.

I sort of got lost in this but I would try to connect with both: ftp.monicaburns.com and the given password ftp.elyssequicksilver.com and the given password. If you can not connect with either of them, please submit a ticket to help desk.

I think it counts anything, unique visitors, bots, page reloads etc... If speaking about the counter provided by cpanel that is.
