I think this might be because its "recurring billing" in other words, as long you dont cancel your account its supposed to automatically bill you each year. But as you said it should work anyhow. The best you can do is to submit a ticket to sales or call them. Unfortunately their open only mon-fri but hopefully a staff person will see this and tell you exactly whats needed to do.

As far as I know there is no photo album script in cpanel. But you can install a photo album of your choice. There is several ones poular around the members, some of them are: Gallery (http://gallery.menalto.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=News&file=index) Coppermine (http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/) Both are easy to install, so if you got any questions, please ask and they shall be answered quickly. Also moving for organization.

Only problem with this is that a lot of people that dont have other email options want one adress for family and other trusted people. Changing that adress like you change socks does not work in the long run.

You can log in to your cpanel and check how much disc space that is used now. If it havent decreased even if you deleted some emails you should submit a ticket. Also, welcome to your extended family.

I dont have any ideas what the problem is, but it sounds to me that you need to submit a ticket to the techs about this. Link on top of page.
