Let´s hope that never happens. But if you have a need to discuss something that you believe is wrong, please use the proper source for that discussion. Very often there are issues which we here in the forum can not solve while the help desk can. Also, the staff are usually online on different IM´s (read more here). But you will however not be "punished". In my own experience, all staff are working very hard to make your hosting here the best. I don´t know any script that would do this but I do wonder why you save the spam? If you disable spambox and just have spamassassin enabled you will get nearly no spam eating your disk space.

Hi and welcome to the forum, Johnny. The only wrong thing you can do is to not being able to be the registrar yourself I think. With this I mean that some registrar companies will not let you be the owner of your own domain. TCH will. You can read more here. It is nearly impossible to say which one is the correct one for you. It all depends if you are using content that takes up a lot of space and consumes bandwidth, to name a few that will consume much of it are pictures and video. This problem also include that we don´t know how much visitors you may get. But the good part is that if you have purchased a hosting package that you feel is too small for your needs you can easily upgrade. Creating websites is not much more difficult than using any wordprocessor I think. There are a range of programs you can use, from notepad to very advanced programs. These are not included in the hosting account, so you will have to get a program yourself.As for support, TCH does not provide support for any programs or scripts you may use,but there are lots of people in this forum willing to answer any qquestion you might have. There is a few online store scripts provided in the cpanel of your account. Unfortunately I don´t know too much about them so I will leave that for someone else to answer. As for support, see answer for question # 3 There is 2 forum scripts included in cpanel. These are Invision and phpbb. Hope this helps and let us know if you wonder anything else.

I have never installed coppermine with the one click install from cpanel but this sounds like a permission problem to me. The following folders must have the permisssions set to 777: albums albums/userpics albums/edit include and any folders within albums that you created yourself. So either with an ftp program or through cpanel, please check that these folder have the correct permissions.

I.E version 6.0.2900.2180 I entered gotoad.com and it automatically entered www.gotoad.com when I clicked the menuitems, for example, clicking on "About us" gives me the url: http://www.gotoad.com/aboutus.php.
