Hi KJ,
From the Help site page:
But remember, these backups are for emergencies, it is always each and everyones responsibility to make our own backups.
Hello Amizzy,
The nameservers are pointing to:
Name Server: NS0.DIRECTNIC.COM
Name Server: NS1.DIRECTNIC.COM
which is incorrect.
They must point to the nameservers that are mentioned the welcome email sent to you when you signed up for the hosting.
Sorry, I don´t have any ideas on this one except that you can always check, read, delete, answer them through any of the webmails that are installed, which is Horde or Squirrel Mail, both located in your cpanel.
It showed me a phone number, almost anyway. There was some numbers missing or incorrect, but maybe it only works for U.S numbers.
Also a note to everyone (even though I think everyone knows this): Do not publish your phone number here in the forum.
To begin with, domain purchase and hosting purchase is two different things.
Unless you have also purchased the hosting, you may want to take a look at the different plans here for virtual accounts and here for the reseller accounts.
When you have purchased a plan you will be sent a welcome email with instructions where to upload your site etc.
Can´t tell you if you messed up anything yet, since I messed up and downloaded the wrong update package, which made me delete the whole installation, since you seems to have changed pretty much in this new version.
So basically I will do it from scratch tomorrow.
An update to the osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 version has been released that addresses security related issues and bug reports that exist in the released version.
