I haven't played extensively with PHP-Nuke, but have you checked on their web site?

I've seen CPanel's offered program versions a few behind the current ones so you would be better off to update yourself from their site.

Hey! I could use a new computer too! Personally, I just hand out gift cards. That way you don't have to worry about the wrong size, wrong color, whether the person will like it, etc. The gift card allows them to get something that they need. (Plus it's easier than fighting with people at the stores!)

Jayson: I would suggest that you open a help desk ticket to Billing and explain the situation to them. TCH will usually bend over backwards to accomodate clients with unique situations, providing the client is willing to meet them halfway! Just put "unknown" for the user name and password and be specific when describing the situation. Happy Turkey Day!

I hope you don't lose any of your clients. We all (well, most of us anyway! ) learned things like this the hard way. (At least, I did!)
