right thats it i think i have been exploited by some idiot hacker or somthing i try to admin login and get directed to http://www.yoursite.com/board/login.php?redirect=../gallery/ ^ thats actually what my address bar says! its a spammy page offering web hosting their "store home" URL is apparently https://www.securepaynet.net/gdshop/rhp/def...1905&se=%2B what is a direct link to my admin panel so i can sort this, i also want to find out where this code was launched from and possible take further action upon this as i will not tolerate anyone interfering with my personal space that i do not grant permission to edit - tried /admin.php and i dont have permission to do this. apparently. and to login i have to press "login" but obv that site comes on

its kinda not "bot" spam its "freinds" who think it would be a laugh to use and abuse my webspace which is like a personal home to me. posting about silly things that bear no relevance. the main thing i was wondering is what does a user see when banned? a big screen saying "banned" or does it look like a tech error (e.g a 404) as if they know ive blocked them they will turn to annoying me on the phone. i have already banned 1 from viper and have changed wordpress so i must approve comments. i am lookin for an alternate guestbook though, dont know where to get an easy one to install and manage from, but im lookin it is indeed, a sad day when supposed freinds try and crash your website and take the mick out of you on it. of course i could go to his and trash it but what would be the point in that. it is the classic snowball effect 1 starts, the other freind reads it and says "lol yeah" anothe goes "aye, but it wasnt as funy as when....."

could i not make an exception to the last (.123) of ther ip and allow me. but that is a good point!!! i guess ill just have to ban them as they come

ok so i have the ip address of some idiot who is constantly spamming my blog comments and Viper Guestbook with somthing that annoys me and also brings down the image of the site. i have got the IP and have Banned it from Wordpress and Viper, what will the screen say to this user when they try and post as i want to be subtle, as i cant be bothered with silly phone calls, SMS messages and what not. if i banned them via CPanel what would happen, what message would they get, they are all local and use the same ISP as me so could i ban just the first 3 sections (12.34.46) of the IP? im mainly concerned with what error message they will get as this is really annoying me and trying to bring down the image of my site and bring back somthing i dont believe happened and is a story. its not enough to warrant any action other that that of mine. yep, i cleared cache and deleted just my sites cookie. its working now.. but im expecting as things fill up it will drop dead again. we'll soon see. il try it in IE and FF for a few hours, surf around and come back. i have not modified coppermine in any way so its baffled me. like i say ill play a waiting game and see if it breaks on me again. ive opened my blog so if i review somthing it can be bought by media, and also my photos can be sold. so im hoping it all sorts

Sorry to double post, maybe this needs to be moved again as its not a code issue but a firefox one, i get fatal error : in FF but its fine for a little while then breaks again, its sweet in Opera and broken in IE. so is it a cookie problem or cache.. its a bit annoying. as its a pain if i wanna share photos having to clear my cookies and whatnot

an everyone would say theyve dumped an old host too just to get discount. as Thomas says $4 is nothing. i pay $44 and thats just a few hours wages. about 6 or somthing (only work part time) so its all good
