Outlook Can't Connect To Pop3
TCH-Rob replied to entropyrising's topic in CPanel and Site Maintenance
Those services should be working. You should open a helpdesk ticket whenever you encounter an issue like this so the techs can look in to it. -
Below that you should have DNS3 and DNS4 listed in your welcome letter. Go to this link and log in, you can modify your name servers there.

Cause my wife cant play SIMS on BSD. Lets see, not many games, hard for the average user to set up, not pre-loaded on most computers, cause my mom wont understand it, oh and windows used to pay my bills.
-
I would have to say they have had no effect on me.
-
Did you change your name servers as requested in the ticket I replied to? If so, it will take a few hours before you can view it by name.
-
Glad to see you got things working.

How To Protect Web Site From Hackers ?
TCH-Rob replied to allaboutmadonna.com's topic in Security Discussions
Bruce hit it on the head. If you are using secure passwords, not just your favorite pets name, and keep up to date with the software you have installed on your site then you will be way ahead of the game. -
Your server number is 94 by the way, in case you cant see it in your cPanel.
-
You have your welcome mail now and you need to change your name servers to those listed in it to resolve the issue.
-
Try making the file in your cPanel file manager and see if that works.
-
You just paid for your hosting today and I dont think it has been completely set up yet. Hang tight and we will get you going.
-
Try creating it in Notepad instead to make sure it is only the text that want it to be. Some editors like to put extra items in.
-
Log in to your cPanel. The directions are in your welcome letter (domain.com/cpanel). Go to add-on scripts and choose InvisionBoard. Follow the steps and you are done.

Dang me

This has been discussed several times in the past. If you do a search I am sure you will find out why we have that policy.

Put an .htaccess file in the main folder of the subdomain and put the following in it; >RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^http://(www\.)?your-domain\.com/ [NC RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} !^$ RewriteRule \.(jpe?g|gif|bmp|png)$ images/not-for-u.jpg [L] This will prevent anything but your domain from being able to show the images. The not-for-u.jpg should be an image stating no hotlinking or something like that.

Andy, You could embed the PDF in a web page and then have forums set up for the discussion. Or you could make a web page and have the PDF as a download.
-
I can see it just fine, black backgound, blue stars and all.
-
It is a good idea to make a backup of your .htaccess file first to prevent this from happening.
-
Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

The one that comes with your account looks much like the one here. All you have to do is select it, tell it the name of the folder you want it in and click install.
-
Weezy, Let me know if it happens again so I can look into it for you.
-
Glad you are getting there. Keep me posted.

So you are going to register Weezywhoahorse.com?
