Easy to do, set up another account in your email client for that address, just set the POP3 info to your valid account. You can then send as the alias. But normally I don't send email with my throw away addresses, only use them on web forms. You just define another forward for the same address. That's how I create group forwards. You are correct, if you are using more than three or four at a time the cPanel solution may not be effective for you.

Question About "dns Instructions" In Thc Email
TCH-Bruce replied to rnmcd's topic in Open Discussion
What the message is referring to is that you need to go to where you purchased your domain name and update your record to have the name servers point to TCH's name servers. If you transferred your domain name to TCH (this is different than a hosting package) then you don't need to do anything. Web hosting and domain registration are two separate things. -
Yes, you can create the folder at the same level as your public_html folder.

I've created tutorials using WINK at work. Nice program.

That is the correct path to the "sendmail" program. Open your FTP program or File Manager in cPanel and create a folder at the same level as the public_html folder. Call it "dada" or what ever you want it to be. Then the variable for $FILES should be "/home/yourusername/dada" If you don't create the folder as "dada" then replace "dada" in that string to what ever folder name you create.

From the online help: Enter a value (1-99) to control how deep the sharpen effect is; higher numbers sharpen the image more; the default is 30. From the Image menu, select Effects and then Effects browser. You can select Sharpen from there and change the value.

Glad you got it sorted out.

Your name servers were updated on the 17th of August. Could be something went wrong. Please open a help desk ticket and have the techs check into it.

Welcome to the family, ShawTheatre! Try changing your SMTP port to 26 instead of 25. Your ISP may be blocking access to port 25. Also moving for organization.

Thanks Bob, good read. I wasn't planning on installing for at least a month anyway. Another good source of information is the Windows XP newsgroup: windows.public.windowsxp.general

I downloaded the manual for this program. You need to create a profile before you can publish and the wizard should come up to allow you to do this. For the Host Name or IP address: enter ****** or the IP address that you received in your welcome email. For the username: enter yourcpanelname@****** For password: enter yourcpanelname password (just the password) Go to the general tab and set the initial remote folder: enter public_html For initial local folder: Drive:\Folderpath-to-web-pages-on-your-machine On the WWW tab enter your web address: www.****** Let us know how you make out.

Welcome to the forums beadgoddess. I've never used Webeasy5 so I am unsure how it does it's transfer. I am assuming that it is using FTP. When did you purchase your hosting and domain? It can take up to 72 hours for domain propagation to complete and this may be why the publish mechanism is not working.

Try this: "$FILES = '/home/yourcpanelname/public_html/adam/dada/dada_files';"
