In the Admin|Options|Miscellaneous panel you need to check the box to allow uploads and specify a path to upload into. Also, you will need to change the permissions of that folder to 777 before you are able to upload anything. This is how it is in WP 1.5 and I don't think they have changed it in 2.0.

Welcome to the forums. In your first link the content is controlled by your CSS file. Specifically the #rap division controls the margins. >#rap { position: relative; margin: 10px 10% 10px 10%; width:790px; height: 527px; background-image: url("bg.jpg"); background-repeat:no-repeat; background-position:top; } You are mixing pixels and percentages for the margin. If you want everything to display top left change margin to 0px 0px 0px 0px.

Welcome to the forums foonaka. My guess is that Frontpage is timing out with files that large. I would recommend using FTP to upload those files and then just create the links to them on your pages. I haven't used Frontpage in about 5 years but I wouldn't want to sit and wait for FP to do it's uploads anyway. FTP is much faster.

Well static content that doesn't change doesn't need backed up except when changes are made. And you just use an FTP program to copy them from the server to your PC. As for the database your blog is using that can be automated to email you a backup every night. I do it with my blog and 3 others using a script called dbsender. I wrote detailed instructions on setting it up. There are also links in that thread worth reading.

Sorry, that is the password for the db_user assigned to the db. And the other field is the cpanelname_dbuser

Host name: your-domain.ext Port: 3306 User: cpanelname_database-user Password: password

Are you sure you are entering the correct password? Case does matter. What are you using to try and connect to the server? An FTP client?
