I suggest that you open a ticket with the help desk and have one of the techs take a look at your account.

Well, I have cable too and it's a 5mb down connection but I still couldn't do all those steps in just 10 minutes.

You must have one very fast connection to have done a download, remove all the content of the forum, upload the archive, extract it and reinstall it in only 10 minutes.

Before you unpack it on the server, remove the database and the entire forum folder and start from scratch.

Yes, I assumed you downloaded the tar archive since that is the one I linked to. Could be why you are having problems.

That was the zip file you installed and not the tar version?

Something else is at work here. It doesn't appear to be any different than the settings of the one I installed. I was able to add a category but get the permissions error when trying to add a new board.

The current version of PHP on the servers should be 4.3.11 if you are seeing something different open a help desk ticket and inform the techs.

Tell the name of the domain you like and provide the information for that domain and say you want it to look like that.

Well, I've never installed PHPNuke so that may be the problem your having but I'm sure you should be able to get it working with the proper path information.

Not sure but when ever I want to send email from a form to multiple email addresses I send the form data to the forward address which in turn sends it to the actual accounts. In cpanel you can configure multiple forwards. sales@your-domain.ext --> joe@your-domain.ext sales@your-domain.ext --> mary@your-domain.ext etc...

You may want to read this thread. But the servers run a job that sets all :blackhole: to :fail: for 2 reasons. 1. You don't waste bandwidth in your account 2. Less load on the server

Have you tried sending email to anywhere else besides Verizon? Have you checked your filters on your Verizon account? If that's not it I suggest opening a ticket with the help desk.

Respond to the ticket and ask. But I believe they restored a database not made a backup of your database.
