  1. All the servers should be updated. If you are not seeing it in your control panel open a help desk ticket please.
  2. Sorry, at this time no TCH does not offer .ca domains. However they will review adding additional domain types. Open a ticket with the help desk and tell them you would like .ca added. You can see which domains TCH does sell using this link.
  3. Why does anyone still use IE? Thanks Curtis

  10. Welcome to the forums adc! I'll try to answer, one of the others will correct if I am wrong with any of these. When you are in Horde select Options and then set your preferred language. But I do not think you can bypass the question. I did not see that option but it may be there. The spam folder is only available to Horde. Since I don't use either, I don't know if there is one, sorry. I believe it would be per account. You set the limit when you create the account. You can edit the limit under manage accounts. For your lost messages maybe you can get the help desk to restore them from a backup. I don't see a problem with switching between the two webmail clients, but as I've stated I don't use web mail I use an email client. Hope that helps.
  11. Thanks Thomas That's good advice Don
  12. Yes, I see that, how unintelligent is that? They don't want people linking to them. For that fact alone I wouldn't even bother trying it. Don explained how to add a database in cPanel.
  13. Glad I could help too Thomas

    Major Mess Up

The other thing you can do is publish the site to a folder on your PC. Then using an FTP program like CuteFTP, WS-FTP, Filezilla, CoreFTP transfer the contents of that folder to your webspace. I used FP a very long time ago. I finally decided it wasn't worth the trouble of using the publishing tools incoportated in it since there were always problems. Now I code by hand using a text editor and upload my pages with an FTP client. Food for thought....

  21. Yes, you will need the server information. Log into your cPanel. Near the top you should see a Welcome to Server XX message. That is your server number.
  22. I'm not sure why you would get that error unless the script does not have execute permissions. However if you are wanting to backup a MySQL database I would recommend using dbsender and then follow the directions in this thread to configure it.
